In this supportive group, we will play with healing methods we have used personally to create greater presence, love and appreciation within ourselves and in relation to our bodies. We will meet our bodies as the sentient spirit beings they are, and learn several ways to communicate with them directly for adeeper, more meaningful body/mind/spirit partnership.

When we change how we feel about our bodies, we change how we feel about ourselves. When we accept our beauty, we live beautiful lives
